The PCARDM tool supports two types of cardiac MR data and related analysis:

•Dynamic gadolinium first-pass perfusion images: Quantification of absolute perfusion in the cardiac sectors by model-based analysis of the dynamic contrast concentration curves; additionally, interactive qualitative scoring of perfusion is supported.

•Cardiac short-axis cine images: Assessment of left ventricular beating function including ejection fraction.

PCARDM can be applied for human, rat, and mouse data, for which parameter presets are available.

The workflows and the user user interface depend on the data to be analyzed and are described in the sections below.
