Folder Structure

The appropriate folder structure should consist of a root folder containing three additional folders: one for the input files, one for the output files and one for the processing definitions.

The recommended folder structure is illustrated below:

The pipe folder in the Pmod4.4/data directory represents the root folder. It consists of three sub-folders:

def:  pipeline processing definition;

in: input files for processing;

out: processing results when not using the database.
