Please download and install R version 4.2.1 for Windows, MAC and Linux from https://cran.r-project.org/

There is no need to manually install additional R packages for Windows and MAC OS. PMOD will automatically download and install the necessary packages when the PMOD R Console is started for the first time. The Linux package installation is described in detailed in the dedicated section.
