The PNEURO tool includes four human brain atlases for the generation of standard brain VOIs, the N30R83 maximum probability atlas with 1mm and 2mm resolution, the single-subject AAL atlas, an Amyloid Cortical Composite atlas and an atlas for use with the Centiloid method for amyloid PET analysis. Dedicated variants can be derived from the atlases, and user-generated atlases can be added if they conform to PMOD's requirements (maps in template space, correctly inserted into the PMOD installation directory - dedicated functionality to facilitate this process is included in PBAS). Atlases are also provided for Cynomolgus and Rhesus monkeys, and pig.
