1.Download the setup zip file corresponding to the operating system of your target computer (pmod-44-setup-linux.zip).

2.Unzip the archive. Don't unzip any of the files in pmod.

3.In case PNEURO has been licensed, download the parcellation.zip file into the pmod directory.

4.To get example data for the different tools, download the data.zip also into the pmod directory.
