The tool allows generating contours VOIs in the input space according to the selected VOI Template. If the tool is called from pipe processing, the VOI statistics will also be evaluated and can be saved.
The Method is available for HUMAN, RAT and MOUSE studies. The Input study is normalized to the chosen Normalization Template. The algorithm applied is Brain Normalization and the inverse transformation is calculated. In case the input study is dynamic, an averaged input is created for the selected frame range Average frames. The selected template VOIs is transformed to the input space using the inverse transformation calculated during the normalization procedure. Finally the transformed VOIs are outlined.
Notes: This procedure is crucially dependent on a successful normalization.
